Heavenly Desserts Colchester

Been there quite a few times now and have tried a good proportion of their menu. Everything is always really nice and tastes great, the staff are always friendly and give a good impression, the setting is impressive and clean. It's generally a really nice venue.

Good place for a sweet treat Wide choice of different deserts/ teas Clean and tidy place Prices on a higher end tho portion sizes are quite big. We had lunch treats in this particular place. Waffles are really tasty,good that they do gluten-free option . Some attention to detail could improve experience as we asked for a tea to share, but we been given one glass with hot water and tea bag and another one empty glass ,not sure how much hot tap watter cost but surely the gentleman who served us wasn't thinking that we going to share that will be enough. Otherwise, all good !

Used to be great place but after change of management it has gone down completely.. very sad Dirty place with marks in uniform and display area even the cashier, staff dont use gloves while handling products, slow service, the quality of desserts is very bad in comparison to before, my daughter had stomach ache after eating there still expensive though but dont recommend visiting it as you will get disappointed or end up sick

Lots of choice on the menu, staff were friendly and food was good. Portions are large and good value for money.
