        Bought a phone from here today, recieved very pleasant helpful service from Emily M, after having just had an appalling experience trying to buy same from the completely disinterested staff in Currys! (even the Argos ordering pad was more helpful than the responses from them). Swift easy transaction with a smile and joke thrown in for good measure- thanks!

        Dealing with the worst manager you could possibly face as she contradicts company policy and statutory acts. Would never suggest to go here if you have a problem. In fact I would suggest the company looks into her and sends onto a course for customer service.
