In my past experiences of having dental hygienist treatment I have often found the treatment quite unpleasant but was pleasantly surprised no discomfort but a very good clean

You know you've found a good dentist when you feel listened to, heard, and you find the dentist is safe to trust. Great value payment plan and genuinely caring staff. Grateful to have found Prettygate Dental. Thanks.

Called Prettygate after a doctors visit the same day. Got an app that afternoon and a very efficient consultation. Back in there today after a weeks anti-biotics to clear an infection and again for an extraction. 20 minutes i was in there and job was done. Recovery today has been as described by the dentist and things appear to be getting better already. Would of been five star had more info been given on the state of my my teeth at the consultation and any further work needed although a hygienist booking was recommended. Great service for a slightly anxious patient.

We've been NHS patients since we moved to Colchester 12 years ago. We've always managed to get a rountine appts and emergency ones if required. Lovely team, I'm sorry We've not left a review until today. It hadn't occurred to me until my 18 year old attended his first appt alone and it made me smile thinking about Mr Fox saying we were brother and sister at all the appts.

Taken off as a patient at this practice with no letter, call or anything. Was told there was an 18 month period between appointments and was told Covid wouldn't have made a difference in my case which is untrue. When I asked if they were accepting NHS patients, in the hopes of being added again, I was told no. Unless you pay for private dentistry. I had been at this dentist since I was a young child so would have appreciated a little more communication.
