Phoenix are fantastic! Did an amazing job, incredibly friendly and helpful with an excitable but lovely pooch in tow too! Really liked their can-do approach and willingness to do a great job. Couldn't ask for anything more!

I needed some printing services and found phoenix via Google. I gave them a call and spoke to Scott, he was very helpful indeed. He text me his email and I emailed over our project straight away. A few hours pass and I get a text that the project is ready to collect! I shoot over immediately and collect my job. Great work! They were even trusting enough to let me leave with the project and without paying! Obviously I arranged payment Immediately when got back but I was impressed with the gesture as sadly people don't seem to operate like this much anymore, we live in different times nowadays. I'll be speaking to them first about all our projects from now on as they seemed to print everything and very honest.

It was 2 days before my parents (covid-related, several-times rescheduled) 50th Golden Wedding Anniversary Party. I suddenly thought I would see if I could secure a life-size cardboard cutout of the two of them when they married 50 years earlier. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a supplier who could deliver in time, but I then noticed rollup banners and felt they could be an option too. However...once again the lead times just weren't going to cut the mustard, albeit no fault of any suppliers, but rather my last-minute light bulb moment! I knew this would be a tall order and that I would most likely have to forget the idea, but I wanted to try my best at least, so I could surprise the folks with something special at their party. Having searched online for a local printers to Colchester, I found Phoenix Printing and suitably impressed with their website, I telephoned with my enquiry. Scott was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and appeared to have a genuine empathy attuned to my requirements. On explaining my idea, Scott explained what he could offer, how much it would be and when it would be ready. No waffle, just a straight forward transaction. Upon emailing the photographs and text I wanted on the banner and asking Scott to use his skills to create a collage, he promptly responded with a design that brought a tear to my eye (for good reasons). I needed the banner prior to the party on Saturday and yet this was Thursday morning. To my astonishment, Scott offered to have the banner ready by the afternoon of the same day! In my experience, suppliers of last-minute bespoke goods are a rarity and rarer still are ones, like Scott/Phoenix, who didn't try to rip my arms and legs off, knowing I was up against the clock for an important occasion. Scott also offered me the option of collecting the order on the Friday if I would like a better quality fabric for the banner. I felt this was another nice touch and clearly evidenced that I had been listened to. What can I say? The banner was amazing! My folks loved it, the guests loved it and I managed to partly recreate the original photo for a comparison of now and then. This may seem an excessive review, but I rarely bother, as not many suppliers are prepared to go the extra mile, but this supplier is different... To conclude: I would not hesitate to recommend Phoenix Printing. Right product, right place, right time, right cost, right quality, right customer service. I sincerely hope others will see this endorsement and feel confident in also using this business. May it continue to grow with the excellent service. Thank you Scott.
