I did my 'scan and go' shop there today. We were chosen for a check and Luke claimed single cream, he repeatedly called yogurt, wasn't scanned. Luke insisted on scanning the rest of the shopping which there was no space for at scan and go till (6 bags). I asked to speak with the manager, as I wanted to go back to a normal till but Luke argued I couldn't. The manager told me I can but asked whether I want to as it is very busy. I turned around and nearly every other till was available. At this point, I started looking for a hidden camera... We took our trolley to a normal till, paid exactly what we would pay if we used scan and go. Luke was by my side all the time, making sure I don't steal the yogurt... The shop was well stocked.
