Giving 1 star as I cant give zero stars. Incorrect products, many delays, not meeting deadlines, poor communication. Ordered 9 months ago and still waiting for correct products.

Needed a second opinion on some doors I had fitted by a second party, which I wasn't happy with. They came over to my property to survey the doors and were very professional /friendly, did a written report the same day and explained in great detail what the next steps would be. Would recommend to family and friends.

We re-visited Softview to ask them to quote for new windows and doors after previously having them supply and fit patio doors - Wow We are so pleased - The whole experience from Lisa in sales - the Brilliant Mick and Alfie more than just fitters - and Billy making sure a couple of minor details were corrected without fuss.
