My daughters MacBook Air went for a repair and during the repair he broke the screen and now the laptop is not working at all and he is impossible to reach

An absolute joke ! Fella is never there and when you do finally manage to find him open you then have to find him open again to retrieve your item because he certainly won't phone you to let you know wether or not your item has been repaired, so you have to hope to catch him open as he appears to work whenever the urge takes him, doesn't answer his phone and if on the rare occasion he does, he can't understand you,saying that it's a bad signal or some other excuse ! He's had my item for well over a week..just to unlock the Tablet ! Just can't get hold of the man to reclaim my item which is obviously still not repaired ! DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH WHAT I HAVE, AVOID HIM !!

Worst experience of my life. Does not even deserve this one star, unfortunately no starts is not an option. I initially went to him due to water damage on my keyboard. Said it would be fixed within a week. He had my laptop for over 3 months, was not answering the phone, ever and was near impossible to reach. Eventually, i was able to reach him only to find that he had cracked my screen. Gave him the laptop back to be fixed AGAIN. When i got it back the second time, it stopped working all of a sudden, due to the fact that it was never fully repaired. He then suggested that it was my fault and that I had spilled another substance on it, which was definitely not the case and continued to argue with me and attempt to blame me for his own mistakes. At one point, it got so bad, I almost had to get the police involved. Please dont waste your money or your time with him as he is not going to get the job done and has the worst attitude I have ever seen.
