        Had a Google account recovery issue that was taken care of promptly! Wasnt 100% sure myself but Gary helped me take care of the issue. Im pretty PC savvy but needed that extra level of knowledge and knowhow that Gary had! Would recommend!

        I coiuldn't properly connect to my computrt , so I clled PCREFIX on a Saturday at lunchtime . Gary from PCREFIX called and offered to come the same day in the afternoon, which I happily acceptrd. H tried the compuer and immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it. Gary is very knowledgeable ,and efficient. The pring is reasonale as well. Thank you so much /Gary.

        My Lenovo Yoga had a problem with windows 11. I tried to fix it by myself by searching information on Internet. However the screen went black. I couldnt do anything even shutting it down. Thanks to Gary, he fixed it and now my laptop is perfectly smooth with windows 11.
