Costa in Tesco Colchester, Essex. Miserable staff, zero customer service personality. Repeated order several times, couldn't be bothered to put any syrup in the hazelnut latte i asked for. Waste of time and money. I'm going to stick to Starbucks, thanks.

Very rude staff jeeez if they are having a bad day they want to spoil it for everyone. So I walk in say hello and this elderly lady doesnt even respond and went ahead to do her things. It is 3oclock and she insists to me they are doing only takeaways and I tell her I want to sit in because its not yet closing time anyway. And she is like we are only two staffs and we cant be cleaning after you, thats stale honestly.
