        Called the shop to purchase over the phone due my son having a sickness bug we were unable to attend in person, had a family member collect items. The lady on the phone come across very stressed said she was too busy to serve me then changes her mind as all other shop assistance were also busy. Manors and politeness cost nothing. I appreciate your all volunteers and do a great job but this was not a pleasant experience.
