Lexden (Colchester) Chiropractic and Back Pain Clinic

My 1st visit today. It was so nice being greeted by the receptionist who was most helpful and friendly. Then my appointment with Will who was very thorough and made me feel at ease straight away ,and explained everything to me about what treatment I would be needing etc. Thank you looking forward to my next visit

Great improvement of my back pain after only a few treatments. Having suffered through the pain for many years, its great to go through the day mostly without pain now. Still a long way to go but confident that it will keep improving. Sophie is great - friendly, knowledgable and easy to chat to.

I recently pulled a muscle in my lower back just by bend over. I was imediately confined to floor level for the next four days as the pain was unbearable if I tried to sit up or or stand. I spoke to this practice reception in the view of getting a chiropractor to visit me at home. This was not a service they offered but I was offered to get the chiropractor to phone me at home later that morning. Dan called me as promised and was very helpful in advising how I could get my mobility back enough to visit the practice if required. He also advised he would call make mid week to check on my progress. I was surprised to find that by doing these small exercises / stretch routines while flat out on the floor did slowly improve my mobility. By day six I was able to sit and stand vertically. Dan did phone back mid week but I missed that call. He phoned again on the Friday and I was pleased to advise, I was walking about and managed to drive without any pain. I've not been to the practice at this time but may expection is that the service would be excellent based on their thoughtfulness and customer care they offered to me Stuart

Fantastic service I would highly recommend this place. . Put my fears at rest after about 5 minutes into the contusion. I woke this morning feeling a little bit sore but thet was to be expected
