        Andrew Powell delivered an excellent service. He sent the home valuation report ahead of estimated time and was a very in-depth report. Andrew called me before visiting the property to check if there was anything we would like him to look at and we could call him to discuss the any issues we may have. The report was clear with photos and essy to understand. We eould recommend to others. Many thanks.

        Read the reviews for here after my buyers had the survey done. This company is ridiculous and i knew as soon as i read the reviews my buyer would pull out, and they did. My survey was done my David Conner. Buyers tried to renegotiate to what believe must be the cheapest house in the UK! It's amazing how this company can point out small DIY jobs around the house to major faults. If buyers are using this company... don't let them in... find a new buyer or ask your buyer to get a new company.
