        The staff are friendly & helpful and seem to enjoy caring for us. Fascilities are good. I don't use it and understand that parking can be a bit difficult, but there is little they can do about it. Fees, such as they are, are tiny. First class!

        I arrived in Colchester a few years ago knowing no-one. Then guess what, I found Age Concern and all my problems were solved I received a lot of help from the Advice Service, and have made a lot of new friends through various groups which I meet up with at 63 North Hill.
