Booked homefresh in to clean all carpets into a bungalow I was moving into I was instructed to meet paul at the property as he would only accept cash on completion .I arrived five minutes after booking time and he had just started cleaning the carpets which included 1 lounge carpet 2 bedroom carpets 1 hall way carpet and a small bathroom carpet I did not see him change the water once when I booked it I asked for a spray to make the carpets smell nice after cleaning them which he said would be a extre 25 when I asked him where the spray was he said in the water I could not smell any nice carpet deodorant only wet carpets he was only their for under the hour to add insult to everything he threw the dirty water on the garden on the property garden after he had left it was sat smelling soaked on the garden by the front door. I was in to much pain to argue as I am waiting for a hip replacement I needed to get home The total was 125 when I asked him about the 40 %of for the first clean which he advertises on his website he said no what a RIP off a rushed unprofessional job and total lack of respect for the property the property Service: General carpet cleaning

We received a leaflet through our third floor flat door for a 50% off deal, which sounded great so we booked in for the 28th of feb. My girlfriend took the day off work only for the guy to show up and tell her he couldnt do it as it was third floor and left. In which case we had to find a hire company last minute and spend 35 (with delivery) to hire one for the day on top of the loss of wages for my girlfriend. Bearing in mind they came to us with there services i find this ridiculous. I have since called and not really felt i got any remorse for our situation and got told that they just "assume" by addresses they wont be flats. I work in the building trade and the first stage of any job is finding out the site conditions so we can always make sure the job is forfilled. Not impressed at all and wont be recommending. I bearly got a sorry. Dont put your leaflets through doors that u cannot carry out the work.
