I had a suspension issue with my series 5 BMW tourer that Cooper BMW could not diagnose or offer any solution to. The mechanic here diagnosed and repaired my problem quickly and probably at a 3rd of the main dealer price had they even found the problem. Great communication , really nice and honest how they do business,

Absolutely terrible, went here for my MOT, got quoted for everything, had the MOT done and got charged almost double what I was told with no extra work or parts. It was all the same work as the first time they quoted me but somehow the price was doubled, they didnt call to let me know or to check that it was ok to go ahead they just did it and put the bill in front of me when they were done, when I questioned it the front desk lady was rude and got confrontational with me then argued with me saying they would never quote someone and denying she said anything to me in the first place. This garage use to be trustworthy but since the new owners took over it has become a massive scam. Went to halfords so they could have a look and they told me the parts were all cheap and they shouldn't have been put in my car at all. Save yourself the money and go somewhere decent.
