        Today I had a red pull over now warning sign on my mazda 6 as I was only a mile from underwoods I drove straight there for assistance. A company I've been associated with for some 18 years having brought 6 new cars from them and who currantly service 2 of them. Did I get assistance... NO too busy no one was available not even the service manager to explain there was nothing they could do! Or even "leave it here we'll have look tomorrow" just have you got recovery? Not the customer Service I was expecting, I've had to give one star or my thoughts would not post. But I dont think they deserve one. Will my association with this company continue... what do you think?
