Ordered a cake for my partners 30th..... wow!! Was amazing! Staff were great on advise as u didn't know what size I would need. But there was still tonnes left over!! Will definitely be going back

They go wrong made the cake ruined my birthday and did look not right inside too much sugar I told them to explain everything that I am diabetic, and want to be designed a cake and less sugar but they misunderstand our communication so suddenly I am still not well sick throwout and pain my tummy so badly since 11th February. I don't know what they put to make the cake I feel suspicious about that! Look not professional! What a shame! I won't go back there again!

My children always request a cakestory birthday cake ..staff are always friendly helpful and happy to accommodate any special requests .

Made a lovely cake for my daughters 1st birthday at short notice. Looked exactly as requested and tasted great. Have just sent in another order request online for my sons birthday and hope to hear back soon.
