        I had my nostril pierced, and my daughter (age 9) had her earlobes pierced. elle was so empathetic and reassuring to my daughter who was very nervous. She took her time and explained everything in an accessible way. She took time to get the placing right for both of us. She was very patient. The studio was clean and hygienic. Definitely a better option than some of these places where badly trained people are given a lot of responsibility using piercing guns. If you're going to get piercing , get someone who is covered in piercings to do it!! Elle knows what she's doing.
