Last week I have had paid 600 pounds for service front discs and pads which are changed with new one ! But still received messages from BMW UK that my car service is due for the same service!!! Service Due after 550 miles!!! I went to the store and during the coffee I got for free from BMW everything was fine !

I have bought many cars over the years and this has been by far the easiest, most enjoyable experience Ive ever had. Everything done when promised, car covered and indoors when I collected. David Cooper and his team do a superb job and put other car dealerships to shame. Scott the head of business even came down to thank me personally which I thought was a nice touch. They are not my local dealer but its worth the trip and I look forward to seeing them again when I change in three years time

Had pleasure dealing with Adam Moss what a gent ! Went step ahead to get any info I was in need of x3. In the end if got Benz from same group of them but 100% can recommend Adam

We needed to get one of our cars in quickly for a recall fix. initially we were told there was a long delay getting the parts, however after explaining to Sarah, the service supervisor, our reasons she promised she would find a solution for us. The following working day she emailed to say she had sourced the parts from another branch and we could book in the next day. No cost recall fix and they even washed the car for us. Very much appreciated - thank you.

Once again. Main dealership that cannot look after customers cars. Had a previous bad experience with the Chelmsford branch damaging my car whilst in their possession. Tonight after giving the Colchester branch a go for yet another recall I have picked up my car after telling them not to wash it. It has been washed to a disgraceful standard. Covered in scratches where they bounce the cheap squeegee across the paintwork. Covered in water marks from where they couldnt be bothered to complete a task to anything other than a shocking standard. Looks worse than when it went in. If only they put in as much effort into the cars of existing customers as they do when trying to get new ones. Once again proven. Stay away from main dealers who only want your money
