Bought a kitchen blind from here on 9th Aug, assured by Jason 2 to 3 weeks delivery. Turned into 2 months. After 3 weeks Jason when I called Jason was off for a weeks holiday. On his return I think I heard every lie and excuse under the sun. It became a complete joke. He was very good at blaming everything and everyone else for the delays. Don't believe a word they say, avoid at all costs.

I cannot fault this company. From Jason in the showroom, who had such great patience and knowledge, to Andy, who put up with me ringing him on several occasions asking further questions, and answering everything I asked.They even agreed to deliver the mattress round the corner to my daughter's house. Delivery was much quicker than the estimated 4-6 weeks (2-3 weeks) The delivery men wore masks for us, as my husband is extremely vulnerable, and did a superb job of putting the beds together. We chose Reylon, a good British make, who we had last time we got a bed. The most comfortable beds ever, better than hypnos I believe, and cheaper. Thank you

Wow, where to begin, J.Franks Beds delivered a new bed today, well no in fact they delivered half of the bed we ordered and half a bed we didn't order.Now we 2 different halves of 1 supposedly new bed propped up on bricks, we wouldn't have anything at all if it were not for the fantastic delivery guys who spent well over an hour trying to make something we could sleep on. We are unable to contact the shop due to Covid restrictions, which we fully understand, but they shop had no difficulty in finding a way to collect full payment prior to delivery.
