i got my lashes done by this lady and the outcome was extremely unprofessional and i felt i got put into an uncomfortable situation. i payed 40 for russian! eyelash extensions in which i showed a photo that i wished for my eyelashes to look like. not only did i not receive or be offered change but the money was demanded before my treatment and i felt i was being taken advantage of by this woman which is more than double my age, of course her voice would be heard over mine. as being a young teenage girl myself i was brought up to be polite and respectful; and i believe i was and handled this situation to the best of my ability. not only where the lashes no where near to what i asked for, they where gappy, clumpy and some lash fans where stuck to my actual eyelid, also a patch test wasnt recommended which is also highly unprofessional as every beauty salon demands a patch test to take place for their reputation and the clients benefit. in no way shape or form was i destroying my lashes after my appointment as i payed 40 and had no intentions of being so disappointed, therefore i want prepared for the outcome. my friend also came along and got her lashes done and they where so bad in fact you couldnt even tell she had lashes on at all, the lady herself said she would fix her lashes but that made no difference. at that specific time after seeing my lashes i didnt want to offend the lady by saying i didnt like them, especially after she commented on my appearance and made me feel incredibly insecure, yet again i am only a teenager and should never be put in that situation! i did call up and ask for a partial refund as i was not satisfied with mine or my friends outcome of the lashes and we knew a full refund would be refused, however after i explained how i felt i received no, thats not my problem. so my argument is, it is very much your problem, to not only disrespect me as a minor but to also scam and manipulate me and my friend is absolutely disgusting. i also read a review regarding you replying to a bad review you got saying your life was at risk with a pregnant lady expressing how she didnt like her treatment although you where coughing in the direction of us clients the whole process of the treatment and did not once clean your hands or apply gloves, surely our lives would be at risk. do not recommend this lady, although the photos tell one story; in person they are extremely deceiving

Likes mugging off teenager girls taking there money before they do the lashes !!! And doing a awful job refusing a refund or to fix them for a 13 year old then when my mother messaged she blocked everyone on Facebook do not use vile women !! Response to yours !! Are you actually joking please show the photos you took then ?? My sister was to uncomfortable to say anything to your face being only 13 and why did you take there money first ????? your response shows the type of person you are and business your conducting would of respected you holding your hands up appolagising and correcting there lashes hope no other poor teenager Experiance this

I had the Hopi candle treatment on my ears to clear my ears and help with slight tinnitus. I had this treatment before the recent lockdown and would just like to say what a wonderful time I had at Rosannas Beauty Den. I was made to feel completely at ease and I must say that I was surprised at how much my hearing has been, I also do not suffer as much with my ears ringing (tinnitus). I would recommend not only this treatment but the salon overall. Great...

Worst experience ever. !!!I went to do acrylic on my natural nails, the lady, Rosanna, did an unprofessional and very bad job, she took it out after the first attempt and put it back but the second was even worse. The acrylic was all bumpy and when she put the red polish on it was not smooth and with different shade of color. After 2 hours and 40 minutes I paid 30 and left exasperated. She told me I could go back the day after and she would have try to fix it. I went back the next morning and when I knock at her door and start to explain to her that the job she did was a very bad one, that my nails were all different and I wasn't happy at all with it she literally pushed me away and shut the door in my face telling me that she couldn't deal with me because I was too picky!!!! I was so shocked and had no word for this unprofessional and very rude lady. She may got a degree but for sure she don't know how to do nails and most importantly she have no manners at all!
