        I have been to a couple of barber shops around Colchester, and I never had an experience like this. Not even a hello when I walked in, hair cut was over in 5-6 minutes, which was basically a trim. Had to ask for the wash and hot towel included in the 16 price. Staff barely spoke. What a way to treat and rip off customers.
