Lloyds Bank

So convenient to pay cash in, parking right out front, and very friendly branch. Would be a nightmare to loose this branch on St Johns, as Colchester High Street not people or car friendly, with too many hoops and hurdles to negotiate, and not economical or green, particularly just to go to bank.

Really poor customer relations.!!! Coming today to bank when no one was there, so I thought I can be helped with100 % satisfaction. Unfortunatley not!. My online account were lockef due someone tyed to log in. When I went at bank to ask if they can help me I was send back to home with the phone number to sorted out by myself. The number with I tryed call a Day BEFORE I call this number and after 45 min I lose my patience as no one answered the phone. The employee from Bank advised that do not have time sit with me and sorted out this to me, also she was not interested to see if my money on account still are safe! This is ridicules... Really not happy be customer of this Bank....

Always friendly staff and a useful out of town branch to have! I keep hoping they don't close this one down in the future as that would then be a right pain!
