Ordered a part on Monday morning and was told it would be in on Tuesday lunchtime. My wife went in to collect it after 3pm and was told it hadn't arrived. Called on Thursday to check that it had arrived, only to be told they had no record of the order. Total waste of space. Don't use this stor

Good for car parts and tools that are affordable, good parking and away from the town centre. *Seriously need to sort out the phone manner when answering phone. Will always shop here when I can but had to bite my tongue today when I called at 16:00 25/10/2022.
