I ordered an exchange reconditioned steering rack and was supplied a pretty poor service. As follows:
1. wrong rack
2. sent my rack to be reconditioned, sent back the wrong one
3. finally received a correct rack
This all took about a month resulting in high labour charges from the garage as they had to fit and refit the racks several times.
What should have been a few days resulted in me having no use of the car for the whole Christmas period.
No apology, offer of compensation or a discount was forthcoming.
