Called Thursday late 4.oclock wanting my injecters checked told they take over 1&/half hours. so will check. first thing Friday morning. kept to there word .and told me needed new ones. and have them in stock .all staff were exellent making sure I were attended to while waiting. Price were good .fitted them working like a new van now. many thanks tor yor exellent custertmer custertmer servehighly recommended Graham

Had a set of injectors costing nearly 900, had nothing but trouble since fitting injectors so returned them to get tested. Upon returning was told nothing was wrong with them and I was going to have to pay to have them tested as no fault found. On collection realised that one of the injectors was different to what I returned (as I had photos for proof) refitted 'non faulty injectors' and my problem seems have to have been solved? Almost as if something was wrong with the injectors when I purchased them. Phoned up to complain how I feel robbed to be charged for testing when there was apparently nothing wrong with injectors when there clearly was. Person I spoke to admitted there was a fault with one of the injectors but apparently wouldn't of been the cause of my problem (diesel pressuring in leak off pipe) but this is obvious there was a problem as never had trouble with diesel pressure before fitting these injectors. No refund or anything offered just how it was my fault when installing injectors which is impossible as ran absolutely spot on other than the diesel wanting to leak everywhere. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Seeing other reviews left, I'm wondering if we're all using the same specialist. Being the specialist they are, there are only 2 options sadly in Essex, a place in Tilbury (which obviously use Colchester Fuel Injection, as they had a pad on their main desk from Colchester fuel injection and didnt sound like they knew what they were doing) or Colchester. Our vehicles have been in numerous times over the years, and everytime I've aged considerably between drop off and pick up. This last occasion, our vehicle was booked in advance (10 days), the day arrived, we dropped off the vehicle, and awaited a call for their findings. 10 days later I took the initiative of calling them, it seems they'd not even touched the vehicle, many excuses made, but nothing they could report back about, 2 days later I get a call to tell me about the cause of the issue, but they won't have a ramp free for around 2 weeks for them to start. So, today I've been and picked the vehicle up, and am arranging for someone else to do the work. In short, if you want diagnosis work doing and don't mind waiting around 2 weeks or more, Colchester Fuel Injection is your ideal choice. Essex really need another Fuel injection specialist, as I feel this is the only way Colchester are still running as they have no local competition.
