I bought a gorgeous Edge Sculpture and the communication was on point. They sent me personal emails (no standard templates) to update me about my order whenever necessary and the sent the item to me super fast. It was packaged very well and even though the Concierge downstairs at my place made a mistake which resulted in me thinking the parcel was lost, the lovely people working at this store stayed calm and very friendly and helped me investigate it. Great service like you are not used to anymore these days and amazing products!
