        Very disappointed with the service and so called diagnostic. Send my beloved Sony TV for diagnostic and was told it was not viable to repair, I had to ask for report as none given when TV returned to me. Appeared to be more interested in selling me one of their TV with a very small discount. Sold said sony TV on ebay for a lot less than its worth due to Andrews report. Person who bought it off me sent me a message saying it took him less than 5 minutes and no replacement parts to repair. will never use or recommend Andrews to anyone. AVOID. I would leave no stars but unable too.

        This man left my friend with a TV she cant turn if as he hard wired a 4way extension into a socket! ILLEGAL & UNSAFE! DO NOT USE HIS SERVICE EVER! Now hes blocked her & me! CINMSN!
