        Disgusting service phoned 999 at 10.30 am this morning on behalf of 89 year old neighbour collapsing into semi unconscious blood pressure 66/44 We were told ambulance will be with you in 24 hours its 1.30 am next morning still no ambulance. Absolutely disgraceful you all should be ashamed of yourselves leaving this old man in this way . Sickos

        Alistair, Paramedic in car, and Darren and his colleague in their ambulance were brilliant yesterday, 12th Sept, on Mersea Island. Our 2.5 yo grandson was suffering breathing problems and they were individually and as a team totally reassuring. Austin was in hospital overnight, hopefully coming home later today. Many thanks guys, youre a credit to the profession.
