Booked a cab with this firm and instructed them the passenger will be arriving by coach. I was quoted a price. I confirmed the arrival time and advised I would reconfirm the arrival time which I did so the driver/company knew what was what. As I am in the trade I made sure the driver felt right about my arrival. Sure enough I contacted him to update. However he was not at the pick up. I waited for sometime without answer and was later told he had deleted my number. The end result I left without seeing the driver. Driver threw a wobbly and stated he had blocked my number. Would not call his behaviour fit and proper. A private hire licensed has obligations. Feel.it is Barrie PH LTD that should be blocked for being unprofessional contrary to their license conditions. As for the response "Very unusual" Actually there are a lot of unprofessional drivers, so its not unusual at all"

Incredible service. The only taxi provider out of 12 attempted to be able to collect us within less than 3 hours wait time. Arrived earlier than anticipated and got us to our destination in time to catch our train. Chatty and friendly. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

I last used Barries services before lock down. Although they are more suited to airport drives. But encase of an emergency or for a fancy event.. They are second to none. Hopefully next use will be to the airport!

Professional and fair. Our grandparents used Barrie's airport and cab services when visiting from US a couple of times and they have always enjoyed the quality and professional approach offered by this company. I have recently booked an airport shuttle with Barrie, however due to changes of circumstances we had to cancel this booking. He promptly replied with the refund confirmation. Thank you for your great customer service.
