Before I met Anne for luxopuncture my hot flushes were unbearable. I couldn't take HRT and I had tried lots of different supplements. For me the treatment took a few sessions to feel a benefit but when I did (after 4/5 sessions) the results were staggering. I have slept through the night without any flushes waking me for over a month now (had been suffering with this for well over a year) If I have the odd 1 or 2 flushes in the day they are very manageable. I have been having perimenopause symptoms for at least the last two years and have been putting up with it affecting my daily life simply because I did not know what else to do. I recently heard of Anne and her luxopuncture and thought I would give it a try as what had I got to lose! I am on my fourth session and cannot believe what a difference it has made!! STOP SMOKING - I didn't know this service existed for stopping smoking and I randomly fell upon the Luxopuncture page. Thank goodness I did ! I have tried before to give up smoking. For anyone that has been through this process you will understand it is difficult and I had reached a point where I desperately wanted to stop but I hard no where to turn for the support I urgently needed. I honestly would not have managed to succeed had it not been Anne - Anne is the kindness, most supportive individual to exist and not only did she succeed in killing the urge to smoke but she texted me regularly to provide continuous motivation and on one occasion when I did struggle she met with me on a Sunday to support me and ensure I didn't give up. The treatment she uses instantly killed those horrible cravings. The benefits of smoking are unreal and as of today I have saved nearly 900.00. This far outweighs the cost of this service. LIFE CHANGING - I first went to see the lovely Anne last year. I was suffering with a number of menopausal systems as well as acute tiredness that was ruining my life and had been for years. I met Anne at her lovely clinic and was immediately drawn to her. Her knowledge, compassion, kindness and understanding was second to none. We decided on a 7 week course .. by Christmas I was a different person.. I was back to not having to sleep in the day, no hot sweats, bloating etc and just a very nice feeling of well being and calmness. Anne has changed my life and will continue to do so. Amazing!
