        I booked a taxi for collection at 1700hrs, the taxi turned up 30mins late. During the wait I tried to contact premier taxis three times to no avail. When the driver arrived he was incredibly apologetic, this was not his fault!! I have used this firm twice in the last five weeks, I will not use them again.....a very poor service!!!

        We booked a mini buss, and it was taking longer than expected. So they sent out a normal taxi to our location just to tell us he was gonna be 5 minutes. Good service
