Terrible receiptionists who think they are doctors. Zero empathy towards someone in medical crisis and the patient now feels that he can no longer call. Disgusting

Terrible! Just terrible! Extremely rude receptionist except one which each time I call I pray I get! Uncooperative receptionist! Receptionist lack empathy!!!! The doctors Ive seen however have been very kind and supportive, I think if they actually realised just how bad their receptionist were they would most definitely do something because it is making their surgery look bad! I have spoken to a considerable amount of people who attend this surgery with the same issues, and have just read on here the reviews which say the same as me!!!! Please do something about your staff!!!!!

Great doctors surgery. Always very polite and professional. Receptionists are always well mannered and helpful. After being with a different local doctors for years and never getting any answers for an ongoing problem I moved to colburn surgery and they listened and gave me answers almost instantly.
