We sold our house middle of December, eventually after 6 months we moved, Diana Hall did our conveyancing, sorry to have to say we found her useless, she did not keep us informed of what was going on, why things were taking so long, we eventually phoned her to say if things didnt start to move we would be pulling out of the sale, all she would say was its beyond her control, would not give any reason why, but hey 20 minutes later she was back on the phone to us , in all that time we had a total of 3 calls from her and two of those were just prior to us moving, would not recommend her to anyone

Diane Hall did my purchase for my property. I can not praise her enough. She was extremely helpful and clearly knew her job very well indeed. The sellers solicitor was hopeless, but we felt Diane had everything under control. I was given a bundle of paperwork from the seller, rang Diane and she didn't hesitate to tell me to drop it of and she would happily look through it all. Very efficient,. Very pleased.
