Very happy with the service Derick provided. He patiently answered all my questions I had about stoves via email prior to us selecting a stove and was helpful, quick and tidy on the day on installation. Derrick was recommended to us and we would absolutely recommend him as an installer.

What can I say. Derrick and Dean consistently do an exceptional job, always for a great price. Its very rare to find such reliable workers these days and they are excellent. Theyve installed two Woodburners for me now, and on both occasions there was some complex building work involved. The first time was establishing a new opening in a chimney breast and the latest was adding an oak bressumer. Derrick also cleans our chimney and I wouldnt use anyone else. They are warm, friendly as well as efficient workers, and I feel so relaxed in their company- like Ive known them years! Would recommend whole heartedly to anyone! In fact my daughter is currently having a Woodburner installed by them today! Thanks so much to both Derrick and Dean. Heidi Hamber.
