I'm not from UK, but from Malaysia and looking to buy 2nd hand car. I found this place through website follows with lots of good reviews. I was greeted by Philip and he was very friendly and helpful to me. After I check out the car that I need, I want to place my deposit immediately but doesn't have any cash on hand. Philip volunteered to bring me to the nearest atm to cash out. After a few days, I went back and pay the rest of the amount by bank transfer. Due to foreign bank account, even after successful bank transfer, Philip account was forced to be freezed for a moment and have to wait about a month for clarification. With this unfortunate news, he did not blame me for it and I feel very sorry since I did not expect this to happened in the first place. He managed it expertly and calmly. I will recommend anyone to find him to buy any 2nd hand car as he will really make sure that everything is alright once out of the garage. Loved the car I bought from him.
