APPALLING communication and customer service. They gave my valuable curtains to charity because they didn't sell in 6 months without even a phone call to let me know. At no point in my emails/telephone calls did they say that this was their standard operating procedure and I do remember speaking to them a few times to understand how it worked. Is it too much to expect a phone call? It takes 5 minutes to make a call or send an email. I am extremely disappointed in this company.
