PROS Staff are friendly and helpful. Good range of essential items at reasonable prices. CONS For many weeks now this shop has often been shut or has closed early, with no advance notice to customers. The Post Office counter has often been closed when the shop is open, due to a lack of suitably trained staff. The owners need to recruit and train more staff to adequately cover this store, and perhaps offer a higher hourly rate to compete with other better paying stores. If unannounced closures keep continuing the Post Office should remove their agreement to provide Post Office and Royal Mail services at this location.

Few minutes earlier I deposited money . The two unfriendly stuff right their .Their behave made me unhappy .I know the manager and Sam and another guy.Those people are very awesome and friendly.

The manager with the blonde hair think her name was Harriet was rude and abrupt to a pregnant lady while she had her two children and even threatened her so Ill never shop in McColls again and Ill advise anyone else the same
