        I really love my weekly yoga classes with Paula and highly recommend anyone thinking of joining to give it a go! I am 7 months post partum and a complete beginner but Paula is great and combines gentle stretching with easy to follow yoga moves. I always leave the classes feeling relaxed and can already feel the benefits!
