14 weeks ago we had absolutely no thought or intention of moving house until we saw a house listed with Tidmarsh that ticked every single box possible for us. We quickly asked Steve to organise a viewing and to then visit our current house to value and take photographs. Our house was listed a few days later and sold straight away after a very busy weekend of viewings. Steve was always helpful, polite, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with at every stage. His experience and extensive list of contacts to help with last minute jobs and prep was pinnacle in making this happen so quickly and efficiently. Moving house is a very stressful thing to do but Steve was always reassuring, helpful and available. Were now moved in to our new home, with a lot of work to do, but couldnt be happier and more excited.
