Almost always out of stock for a lot products, and they are never able to tell me if/when they will get items back in stock. Never seem to know what stock will be arriving in their deliveries either. Used to be a great store, has really fallen off since the changes in management.

I'm a clueless vaper! I called in today after my vape refused to charge anymore and just said "I need some help please" ... the guys could not have been more patient or helpful ... after 20 minuted I walked out with a fully working vape which is much better quality than I'm used to AND for nearly half the price I've been paying! Couldn't be happier with their service or their products! Thanks for your help AND for not making me feel clueless guys ... top notch!

I've spent a lot of money in this shop over the years and most of the staff are really helpful but one in particular is always rude to me and actually got to the point today that I walked out and won't come back. I wanted 2 vapes plus juice and said I wanted more of an old school pen type vape like you used to get in the petrol stations with a smaller mouth piece. Rather than saying this is probably the closest we do his response was you need to go to a petrol station then. Ace of vapes need to sort this out it is costing you customers. We have bought numerous vapes over the years and always had the support but this person makes a point of saying he needs to start locking up as soon as you walk in even though it's 20 minutes until closing.

Trying to stop smoking. Spoke to Dan in the Codsall shop. Incredibly knowledgeable. Didn't try to sell me everything under the sun. I bought a 30 vape and some nic salts. Finally feel like I can knock the smoking on the head. Thanks Dan!
