        Absolute shambles. Do not be fooled because BT Local Business have BT in their name, this is just another private company out to rip you off as much as they can. Customer service is non existent, no follow up calls or communication after you have signed that order. And as for BT themselves, well these are even worse! If you want me advice just a get a decent mobile phone contract and a good internet connection. Get rid of BT as quickly as you can. They are a waste of time.

        Extremely poor customer service. They don't reply to any emails and ignore all questions asked. It feels very much like a scam. Are they really the real BT?
