I have Worked for Integra for 19 Years. Yes it has its Ups and Downs. But most Jobs do, even shops, restaurants, Police, How ever this is not due to Management. The Management are very helpful, understanding, Also goes above and Beyond for The Staff and Service Users.

I have been with Integra for some time, and have a lot of experience of what other supported living companies are like. I can happily say that they are wonderful to work for. I have read some of the negative reviews on here, and am aware that they come from staff who were not only negligent in their roles (hence they don't work for the company any longer) but these individuals were essentially held to account for their actions and are throwing toys now. The difference that Integra and their fantastic support staff have made to the lives of vulnerable and marginalised people is amazing. If you are a genuine, down to earth and honest person who wants to help others then you will thrive with them.

Great work ethics, amazing team and kind positive staff. Worked for Integra as a temp employee. Their way of working to support service users was different to other care companies. Always helping the service user and assisting the support worker in meaningful ways. I've seen hard working staff in the office and at our sites, working over time to make sure all sites are running. Good 2 weeks training for all new staff members. Any minor complaints were immediately dealt with, and escalations are well looked after. I've seen many happy service users, speaking to them over the phone and at sites. The support workers were also friendly and helpful. Didn't encounter anyone who was merely negative or upset with Integra. Overall Yes!
