        Report a road full of pot holes, they fix one and leave the rest, i report them again and they fix 1 more hole. Absolute was of our money! You could not be any more inefficient of you tried!

        Absolutely hopeless! Paid almost two months ago for a green bin permit and since then its only been emptied once- then only after I complained. Council try to blame me for not putting bins out but CCTV shows otherwise. Emails not answered, lies from collection crew. Im demanding a refund fir my permit
