Prior Architects

We weren't sure about having an architect to help with the renovation of my Mum's bungalow but we are very glad that we did! It made the whole process of liaising with builders, gaining quotes and most importantly getting the best layout of the design. Stephen was brilliant throughout. Great communication, pragmatic advice and prompt turnaround; all at a price that will be easliy recouped through the build in efficiency and time. I'd fully recommend talking to an architect like Stephen before starting a home extension or renovation project.

We had been thinking about a single storey kitchen extension for several years but not ever having experienced any building work we werent really sure where to start and were feeling quite intimidated by the task. We were recommended Stephen Prior by a friend and have been delighted with his input and guidance throughout the project. Stephen was friendly and approachable and always willing to go above and beyond to explain the processes to us. His initial design ideas quite honestly were far beyond what we would have hoped we could have achieved in our space. We used Stephen for his tendering service which was excellent value for money. He found us great builders which really worked for us. I feel Stephen took the time to get to know us and what we required from the final outcome but also understood what was important to us during the build as well. We would definitely use Stephen again for any further projects and thoroughly recommend him to any friends and family.
