My relative has spent more than 3 years in residential and nursing care. The staff have been amazing and treated them with respect and care. The staff separated themselves from their own families during the peak of the pandemic to keep the residents safe and never asked for thanks. The staff have always kept me fully informed of all care changes etc. I feel the staff do not get enough credit and thanks from families for looking after their relatives. I would always question if families are unhappy with care why dont they try doing themselves 24/7 and never ever moan. Thankyou everyone at Springfield House.

Shocked to find my relative had tested positive for COVID-19. No communication by staff, had to call the home myself multiple times to get a straight answer. Very poor.
