First time user. I had an adblue problem my local garage could not fix. Main dealer stated it required a new tank at over 1300 + vat and fitting. The tank was on back order with Citroen? So I bought one from Neo brothers and fitted my self and also a new injector. Couldn't get rid of the emission low pressure fault. My garage tried but needed Citroen software. Booked in for a diagnostic and they could not clear the fault after initialising the new equipment. Woodlinkin found the hose connections faulty/leaking. Had to replace hose as seals were not replaceable. Completed task. Took 1.5 days but only charged me for a few hours. I was very pleased Absolutely honest throughout and although I questioned their knowledge at first, I was wrong, i could not question their fairness and service. They have won a new customer

Hard work and felt like an inconvenience. Had my car booked in 2 weeks in advance for 2 separate jobs. First job took 2 days to complete due to waiting on a part (which is fine) but I had to keep phoning for updates. Car then sat there for 24 hours whilst I assumed the 2nd job was being done and then when I happened to pop in to ask how it was doing they hadn't even started it and told me they haven't got time to do it and asked me to rebook it in. I said no to this so they did fit it in (I did book it in for this particular problem). I thought there was an issue with the front suspension on both sides as handling was poor, there was a knocking through the steering wheel and a knocking from the front off side. They then changed the front off side shock absorber saying that's all they could find. The knocking noise from the front offside has gone, however the handling is still poor, the nearside front definitely isn't right and knocking can still be felt through the steering wheel. I haven't got time to take it back now and to be honest I felt like an inconvenience to them so I wouldn't go back anyway. Also the suspension work was paid for by a warranty company which I think is why they were reluctant to do the work even though I believe dealing with the warranty company came with no issues. All in all a difficult experience and I'm left with a car that still has issues despite them having it for 4 days.
