Clean, tidy and very friendly staff. On two levels, with stairs only. A petrol station and Greg's across road for refreshments. Tea, coffee in rooms, no hairdryer. Basic room but clean,

Have to say this is a first time i stayed in a travel lodge i have to say im very impressed the outside entrance was clean and tidy the staff where very helpful polite and friendly and went above and beyong to help where needed the rooms where very tidy and clean there was loads of towls and extra pillows the beds where very comfy and the pillows and duvets was of good quality the room temperature was nice and cool but also there was a heater in the room which was easy to use the views onto the fields was a added bonus and greggs burger king and a bp garage was just across the carpark is very quite so got a amazing nights sleep would highly recommended this travel lodge The only negative would be they dont have there own restaurant so things like cooked breakfast or hot breakfast you can get from greggs or a cafe in the near by town the same as with your lunches and dinners they do offer a continental style breakfast there which is of good value for 5.50
