        GDPR was breached when I made a complaint to the estate management, then someone who works in the development leaked my details to the resident/ who is also a salesman for the same developer. Feedback from ICO/ We have written to the developer about their information rights practices, informing them of our decision that they have not complied with and providing advice about compliance with their obligations.

        Having lived there.. Overpriced, Lifeless, coldest and rudest neighbours i have ever seen (better off living with aliens), parking not as promised and a daily struggle.

        We visited today and my 5 yr old grandson asked to use the toilet in the marketing suite. When we returned later the sales staff complained that the toilet hadn't been cleaned after he used it. Really? There was a huge hornet in there which frightened the life out of him to start off with so he called me in to kill it which I did. There was a small stain in the pan but I had no idea whether that was him so I left it. I was going to recommend this place to my son who is buying but after that no way! I also think the properties are overpriced. I live right next to Richmond Park and the prices per sq mtr are considerably lower here.
