Very disappointed today when I got to the Chemist before the advertised closing time by admittedly only 3 minutes to spare! But nevertheless to be greeted with a Dark shop and the last person locking the metal gate across the door was somewhat irritating . Knocking off 5 minutes before advertised closing time is not acceptable. I now have no medication & cannot come back to collect for another week myself . Very annoying! The chemist I find usually very good and this is why I find it irritating to see you shut up shop and leave the premises before the advertised closing time of 5.30pm on a Tuesday !

Brilliant service yesterday when i called in for some advice about a thorn in my finger from gardening. Due to being out of area from my gp surgery i paid 15 for a video consultation and was prescribed a course of anti-biotics there and then. No faffing with walk-in clinics or on hold to 111 only to be told to go to a walk in clinic, i was all sorted within 10 minutes of walking through the door. Thank you so much for all your help

Ali is extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Every time I need advice regarding my travels, he has been able to support me, providing up-to-date advice and information and assisting me with any travel vaccinations/ malaria tablets ect. This is the third time I have contacted Ali regarding travel advice/health and I would highly recommend him! Thank you.
